Chef Lenochka Olmo discovered her passion for pastry arts early in life — an instinct for precision, a love of beauty, and an obsession with making people feel celebrated. She pursued that passion with rigor, earning her degree from Johnson & Wales University, one of the most respected culinary institutions in the United States.
Over the course of more than 15 years, Chef Lenochka refined her craft across professional pastry kitchens, earning recognition at the highest levels — including the World's First-Class Cake Award from Amazing Cake Ideas and the prestigious Ritz-Carlton 5-Star Service Award.
Elena's Bakehouse was born from a vision: to bring true pastry atelier quality to Brevard County and beyond — a place where every order is treated as a work of art and every client is treated as a cherished guest. Today, the bakehouse serves clients across Viera, Melbourne, and Miami, Florida, with the same personal attention and uncompromising standards that have defined Chef Lenochka's career.
