How do I place an order? +
All orders begin with a request through our quote form, by phone at (787) 454-9266, or by email at elenasbakehouse@gmail.com. Chef Lenochka personally reviews every inquiry and will reach out to discuss your vision and confirm the details.
How far in advance should I order? +
Lead times vary by order type: Wedding cakes require 6–12 weeks advance notice. Custom celebration cakes typically need 2–4 weeks. Event catering should be booked 3–6 weeks ahead. Pastry and small orders can often be accommodated with 1–2 weeks notice. For peak wedding season (April–June and September–November), earlier is always better.
Can I make changes to my order after it's confirmed? +
Minor adjustments can typically be accommodated up to a certain point before your event date. Significant design changes may incur additional fees. Please reach out as early as possible if your vision evolves — Chef Lenochka will always do her best to accommodate you.
Do you offer tasting sessions? +
Yes — private tasting consultations are available for wedding cakes and larger orders. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience Chef Lenochka's flavor combinations firsthand and make decisions with full confidence. Tasting sessions are discussed and arranged during the consultation process.
What is the Weekend Bake Sale? +
The Weekend Bake Sale is a special-request service offering freshly baked pastries, donuts, seasonal treats, and atelier favorites. It's not a walk-in service — orders are placed in advance and fulfilled fresh. Visit our Bake Sale page to learn more and place a request.

Wedding Cakes

What is included in a wedding cake consultation? +
Your wedding cake consultation is a private, in-depth conversation with Chef Lenochka covering your design vision, flavor preferences, number of tiers, guest count, venue aesthetic, and any special dietary requirements. For most clients, a tasting session is also included to help finalize flavors and fillings.
Can my wedding cake accommodate dietary restrictions? +
Absolutely. We offer gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, kosher, and halal accommodations. These can be applied to individual tiers or the entire cake depending on your guest needs. Please note any dietary requirements during your initial inquiry.
Do you deliver and set up wedding cakes at venues? +
Yes. White-glove delivery and professional venue setup are available for wedding cakes. We coordinate directly with your venue or wedding planner to ensure the cake is delivered on time and positioned perfectly. Delivery service is available across Viera, Melbourne, and Miami.
How many people does a wedding cake serve? +
Serving size depends on the number of tiers and the dimensions of each tier. During your consultation, Chef Lenochka will recommend the right configuration based on your guest count. We can also create a separate cutting cake (often a simple tier kept behind the scenes) to extend servings if needed.

Dietary & Ingredients

Are your products made from scratch? +
Yes — 100%. Every cake, pastry, and confection that leaves Elena's Bakehouse is made entirely from scratch using premium ingredients. We do not use premixes, artificial shortcuts, or mass-produced components.
What dietary accommodations are available? +
We accommodate: Gluten-Free, Vegan, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free (on request), Kosher, and Halal. Please indicate any dietary requirements in your initial inquiry so Chef Lenochka can advise on the best approach for your specific order.
Do you use nuts in your kitchen? +
Some of our products may contain or come into contact with nuts. If you have a nut allergy, please inform us clearly during your inquiry so we can discuss the safest approach for your order. Nut-free orders are accommodated with special care.

Delivery & Service

Where do you deliver? +
Elena's Bakehouse serves Viera, Melbourne, and Miami, Florida. All orders are delivery and event-based — we do not operate a retail storefront. For locations outside these areas, please contact us to discuss feasibility.
Is pickup available? +
Pickup arrangements can be discussed during your consultation. Please inquire when placing your order and Chef Lenochka will advise on available options based on your order type and location.
How are orders packaged and transported? +
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Wedding cakes and large orders receive white-glove delivery with professional setup. Pastries and smaller orders are packaged in premium, protective boxes.

Pricing & Payment

Why don't you list prices on your website? +
Because every order is custom. Pricing depends on design complexity, number of tiers, ingredients, dietary requirements, delivery distance, and event details. Chef Lenochka provides a personalized quote after understanding your vision — ensuring you receive accurate, fair pricing for exactly what you need.
Is a deposit required? +
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your order date. Deposit terms and full payment schedule will be communicated during your consultation and included in your order agreement.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancellation policies are outlined in your order agreement at the time of booking. In general, deposits are non-refundable as they cover the reservation of your date and initial planning work. Please review your agreement carefully or ask Chef Lenochka directly for details.
